I am a global health epidemiologist, trained at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with expertise in infectious diseases, mental health, and LGBTQ health.

My PhD work evaluated innovative interventions to improve health services and prevent TB for people living with HIV in South Africa. Currently, I am researching how digital social support — through chatbots, social media, etc. — can improve mental and physical health for LGBTQ and other historically marginalized communities.
